Isha Sangha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She works with couples and individuals in-person and online.
She believes in the journey to wellness and self-understanding can be motivating but confusing. When you come to see me you can expect a non-judgmental, empathic but straightforward approach to your journey in life. She walks alongside you with compassion and an open heart. The journey to wellness will lead us to explore early childhood experiences, relationships with others, daily habits, and present-day hardships.
By combining past and present patterns and behaviors we will understand your process and can implement change or acceptance.
At a young age, she recognized the struggles and hardships people around her faced. She witnessed the pain they silently endured and listened to arguments due to miscommunication. Later in life, she naively wanted to support and glue pieces together but through her life journey and inner growth, she has discovered those who are ready to heal will eventually gravitate toward healing.
Her personal life journey and spiritual growth have led me to explore each area of her life and in return, she brings this into my therapy sessions hoping to gain perspective on your life.
In her personal life, she spends time exploring spirituality and mindfully living as a free spirit. If she is not in the gym, she is walking along the sea wall with coffee. Currently, she spends time researching places she hopes to visit and spending quality time with family and friends.
