Dr. Stephanie’s goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself. Dr. Steph strives to ensure that your body is working in a way that helps you live your life on your terms, without the need for prolonged treatment and disruption to your day.
Dr. Steph received her Bachelors of Kinesiology and Recreation Management from the University of Manitoba before receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. There, she studied a variety of chiropractic techniques and manual therapy.
Dr. Steph’s treatment philosophy has an evidence-based, multidisciplinary and integrated approach, rooted in maximizing patient outcomes and satisfaction. She focuses on using manual manipulation, active rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, and a variety of soft tissue techniques.
Dr. Steph’s life-long passion for athletics and her own sports-related injuries has led to her empathetic and results-oriented approach to patient care. Prior to beginning chiropractic school, she played a number of competitive sports, including varsity basketball with the University of Manitoba. Outside the clinic, Dr. Steph teaches anatomy, physiology, and neurology at Vancouver-area institutions. She also enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends (including her Goldendoodle, Bugsy!).
